30-DAY RETURNS
We want you to love what you bring home. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Furniture must be unassembled (or disassembled and repacked) and free of stains, pet hair, odors, or damage.
• Seasonal décor (Christmas trees, wreaths, ornaments, inflatables) must be unopened or in like-new condition with all parts.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Non-returnable items
• Items marked final sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Items damaged through misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear
How to start a return
Email Support@LifePilotStore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship items back without a return authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For large furniture items, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund; we will confirm the amount before you ship anything back.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
